You cannot change/add a program using "msconfig".

Only thing to do is....

1. Open C:\Documents and Settings\<>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (For me it is C:\Documents and Settings\Kiran\Start Menu\Programs\Startup)
2. Create a shortcut for your Program to run.
3. To create a shortcut, right-click in the Startup folder window.
4. Click "New -> Shortcut"
5. Browse for the program in the "Create Shortcut Dialog Box"

Windows 2000 doesn't have it's own msconfig. go to www.sysinternals.com and download a program called autoruns. That will help manage your Windows startup.
