I was 5 months along before I realized it! I am a special case though, I was told I couldn't have kids, so the possibility never even crossed my mind! I had morning sickness at the same time that everyone else had the flu, so I thought I had it too! My periods have always been irregular, so I didn't notice when it didn't come. ( I have gone six months without one, then had one that lasts 1 1/2 months!) I gained weight, but I thought it was because my husband had a sudden fondness for the buffet at Golden Corral! The only symptom I couldn't shrug off was the kicking, which initially felt like gas, but as they gathered strength, I began to wonder!

I was almost four months along with my 1st before I knew. I have light periods(which was not abnormal), I was tired, but it was around this time of year when everyone is a little bit run down with all the happenings. I was not sick at all. So, I finally missed a period in January, had an ultrasound and SURPRISE you're 18 weeks along. I used to think people who were pregnant and didn't know where crazy and stupid, but I learned my lesson. With my second, I knew the first month.

I know someone that was more than four months pregnant before she found out because she was still getting her period for the first few months. It wasn't until it stopped coming in the fourth month that she took the test and was quite surprised after going to the doctor that she was that far along.

Hmm that is a good question.
I think it is possible. Some women don't feel the baby until 22 weeks and it's still fluttering at that point. I would have to say by 26/27 weeks for sure a women would know.

Yes, but it is very unlikely. I knew a girl that didn't know until she was 7 months, and it was her second baby. She was on the depo shot and never got her period so she never thought anything of it. Around 7 months she found a lump in her breast and went to the doctor it turned out that it was her breast producing milk. So anything is possible. Good Luck

If you were in total denial maybe. I did see an emergency room T.V. show once that had a woman come in in labor complaining of severe cramping... and SAID she had no idea she was even pregnant. She delivered a 9 lb. baby boy. She was very heavy set. But still... I think I would notice the baby's movements.

Where have these people been living in outer space. I would think that by the time you are 6-months prego everyone would know it. Stop and think about it, the baby is moving and youre tummy is getting bigger.
