why is the burden of war always placed on poor/middle class minoritires

Their options are more limited to get ahead in life. Yet this is a volunteer military so the burden is not only on the poor and middle class. If there was a draft though common sense dictates that the largest population in the country will have the largest amount of draftee's.

Its not. The signers of the Declaration of Independence were often wealthy people with lots of money and material things to lose if the Colonist lost the war.
Do you think John F. Kennedy was from a poor or middle class family?
People from all economic classes can be patriotic and met the nation's challenges or they can also be cowards that use every slippery eel method to avoid responsibility.
Millions of Americans have responded to the demands of war without regard to their economic status in life.

The rich pay more taxes, so the burden of paying for the war is more on them.

The middle class/poor VOLUNTEER to be in the military, either to fight for the country or to pay for college, and do the actual fighting.

As Kerry said and was mauled by the Far Right Bigots... The military is populated by minorities, who due to poor education, unequal opportunities enlist as an option to going to jail. The truth is obvious but in America you cannot state the truth.

any pwoer is always right at anytime and any where. and when pwoer is right so they can prove that they have faught for that nation's favour whom they attack. and if they attack in their favour so they must face the burdon of war. that's it.
cause there is the rule of might is right. as it happened in world war II .... Nuclear Bomb is never justified but it was justified by either hook or by crook by the americans....
