i'm from costa rica! are there any costa ricans here in manila?

im now in the philippines and cant seem to find somebody with same nationality

Try some local night clubs, I am sure there are some Costa Ricans wandering about. If not, go to Manila, Costa Rica and there is a surefire chance you will find a Costa Rican!
