I have heard or read from many sources that Iodine helps a lot to produce more semen. I love to ejaculate more and more

a good source is salt - which means you don't need to supplement it because on average we eat 5 times more salt than we need. i'm not sure which sources you read, but zinc is a key ingredient in semen production (i havn't heard of anything with iodine). However, zinc we get enough of in our diet too from fruits and vegetables. If you're worried though, you could consider taking some extra zinc - just don't take too much. talk to your pharmacist and he/she can set you up with some and let you know about how much to take and all

table salt is iodized...but that would not be good if you have hypertension...
how about seafood (especially crustaceons and shellfish)
but make sure you eat it cooked because some really disasterous diseases are gotten by eating raw or undercooked seafood.
