Your best bet is a hotel restaurant. All hotel restaurants will be open on Christmas Day, and most of them will offer a special Christmas menu (usually prix fixe) in addition to the regular menu. You need to call ahead and make reservations. It's also not unusual for the hotel restaurant to ask for a credit card to confirm the booking.

A lot of Chinese restaurants are open on Christmas Day. For a lot of people, it is a tradition to do this because family dinners during the holidays are usually same old, same old. Check your local phone book and call around.

Look for ethnic restaurants. Chinese, Indians, etc. don't celebrate Christmas. Jewish people go to Chinese restaurants on Christmas.

Nothing is open.
Stop being lazy and cook for yourself..unless you're alone, and don't
have anybody then you can go eat somewhere.. cause i feel for
lonesome folks.. but the slobs that CAN cook and just are lazy,
there's no need for it..so, they should cook themselves food.
If you're alone, go to a buffet or a diner.. =)
if you're a slob that is lazy, i have nothing to say to you.

where ever you decide to go, please make sure they're open. I decided to do that one Christmas and NO restaurants were open anywhere for 100 miles ;-(
