If you visits Norton's website there are programs they offer for a free download which allow you to remove damaged installation of anti virus without using the control panel. Assuming you are using a trial means it is a newer version, so I'm going to give you the link for nortons 2k7:

The Norton Removal Tool uninstalls all Norton 2007/2006/2005/2004/2003 products from your computer. Before you continue, make sure that you have the installation CDs or downloaded installation files for any Norton products that you want to reinstall. Also, if you use ACT! or WinFAX, back up those databases and uninstall those products.

you cannot fun two antiviruses at the same time. this will cause conflicts between them, you must uninstall one of them, to uninstall norton you need to go to their site to get the uninstaller. I would suggest getting rid of norton because they are crap. my favorite is avast, i think it is much better than both that you have but that is only my opinion, also avast is free for home users.

you're utilising a working laptop or laptop laptop wherein upgrading is amazingly limited. once you're finding at some intense Definition present day pc gaming, for laptops, it quite is quite useful to take a place on Dell XPS sequence or the ASUS gaming laptops to manage the video games below the rigidity it is going to reason. i might propose for gaming, a pc. It contains area, acceptable cooling, and endless components for upgrading.
