Who CARES how she did it...! I personally think she looks like she's shoved into a body girdle so tight, she looks too much like a SAUSAGE and must have a hard time breathing!
But, you have to hand it to her...she's come a long way---and has made an incredible improvement in herself! Now, if more people would take that kind of pride in themselves...and be concerned about their health like that.

Yes, I think Kirstie Alley has lost 75 lbs. She looks fantastic, but it seems she's uncomfortable in the dresses she wears in the Jenny Craig commercials. I wonder if she plans to lose anymore weight...she's been at 75 lbs (of weight lost) since around Thanksgiving.

Lipo doesn't help with weight loss, it only reshapes the body,so she may have had some lipo after she shed the weight to finish off her look.
Yes, I think she done well to lose all that weight. I think she started at around 225lb, so she is now 150lb. That is a real achievement.

i think she did lose all that weight, however when someone who was as big as her sheds all that weight there is that dead tissue still there that just hangs. you lost the weight but the fleshy fat parts are still there and the only way to get rid of it is to surgically remove it. so she did a little cosmetic surgery but also lost weight, in my opinion.

I think she used some form of cosmentics. I've seen various photos of her and she goes from large to small way to quick for natural weight loss.

well dolly parton only ways 65 lbs i am sure she had to have a tummy staple after wards lol wat I wonder is how much are they paying her to do them commercials and if they are paying for her lipo

yeah and she can stand to loose another 50 or so. she SHOULD have used surgery.
