Why not send him a box of homemade cookies? I am sure he is into eating and nothing is better than cookies when you are away from home..

Depending on what level of college he is in... money is always best. A gift card from Wal-Mart or a major retail store would be good because all college students need to buy certain things from time to time.

Or you could get him a nice shirt, pair of jeans or some sneakers.. Either way he will appreciate it.. Or you can give him a framed 5 x 7 picture of you (and the family) that he can keep in his dorm room.. That's unique and he will love you just for the thoughts.

Let us know what you decide!

I am in college myself and I think it would be great to get him a nice PDA. this way he can put all the things he has to do in one general place and not "forget" any assignments or improtant dates.

Make him some cookies and candy for his room when he goes back. Guys love tee shirts or a warm shirt for winter or slippers.
