How much does that women's featured "Dream House" actually cost?

Remember that little solar powered house, that was featured and titled "This Womens Dream House", How much does something like that actually cost?

I think it was probably pretty affordable, with a few higher-priced niceties thrown in. It looked like fairly simple construction.

It was--in fact--a trailer. But I thought it was absolutely cute, enough to want to do it myself once all my kids fly the coop. What an absolutely great vacation house, too!
