CF4: Tetrahdetral :109
PF3:Pyramidal: 96
F2O: Bent: 180

Boron has sp2 hybridization and all Chlorines have sp3 Hybridization

Silicon has a sp3 and Flourine is sp Hybridization

CF4 is tetrahedral like CH4 the angle is around 109.
PF3 is pyramid like NH3 but the angels are smaller than 107. it must be around 98. because the F atoms are smaller where P is larger.
F2O is like water bent, but the angel is less than water. something around 95 maybe.
BCl3 uses sp2 hybrid for B and 3p orbitals for Cl
SF4 uses sp3 and 2p orbitals for F (like CF4 or CH4)
