It is what many people have used for years, and they don't know how to use anything else. People are comfortable with it, plus they get many hooked with the free 30 or 60 day free trials. I personaly hate it myself. EVIL!!!!!!

i use aol and have not had anything wrong with it , i think they are good enough, in a year i have never been offline once with a problem
