I'm not 100% sure if this will work on all of those bugs- but I moved into a house infested with all sorts of bugs (moths, spiders and beatles) and I put a cedar wood block for the moths and dried bay leaves in the corners of the room(change them about once every week or every two weeks) and I haven't had any return. Clean as much as possible first.
I hope this works for you!

Do you have a compost bin in your home? If so, that may be part of the problem. Clean the kitchen completely and don't forget inside the cabinets. Use something aromatic to repel the moths like cedar. And use pepermint to repel the roaches.

If you live in a warm climate it is next to impossible to get totally rid of bugs.
The bugs in them selves are not dirty, it's the dirt that they live in that is bad. So if you house is clean your bugs are clean.
I would just keep on setting out glue traps every where you think the bugs will be.
And be sure that all food is closed & covered as good as you can get it. This also means pet foods.

to get rid of the moths I had to go through every box, can and package in my pantry to make sure there were no eggs attached to them... gross! like looking for maggots stuck on the bottom and in seams. gross! I found a pack of pasta that they were having a party in! lol
You might want to try fly paper, that really sticky strip that you hang from the ceiling, it looks yuk but it will catch them. also I read that you can half fill jars w/ apple cider vinegar, punch a hole in the lid and set them all over the house, the moths will crawl in and be trapped.
for the roaches...unless you want to live with them... you better get some Bengal roach spray or they will feel welcomed forever. and roaches are NASTY!
Spray outside your house and inside too.

call a bug/pest control company. They now have many remedies that don't include caustic chemicals. I think what you have tried in the past won't work. Also, spraying with safe chemicals around the outside windows and outside base of your home help keep bugs from ever getting in.

You could kindly ask them to leave. But don't call it an infestation, you might hurt their feelings. They are just trying to get along in life. If they won't leave, then I would just put food out on the counter for them. I mean, just because you don't want them there doesn't mean that they shouldn't eat.

Boric acid, it is very effective when used properly for killing cockroaches and most other insects. You can also get a house lizard, they are natural enemies and will eat them. More information at http://tinyurl.com/ofxkk
