She just broke up with her boyfriend of about 5 years, if not more. Shes moved back home and I feel really bad for her. This is her first boyfriend and first breakup. Shes 29 yrs old and shes thinking about her future or lack of. Which i dont think is an issue as she is a great, beautiful person and im positive she's going to find someone who is 10 times better than her ex. I've never been in a relationship myself so im kinda lacking in advice. And I dont know we are just not very open emotionally to each other. I feel bad like im ignoring the issue because nothing has really been said about it. I cant tell if she wants to talk about it (its only been 2 days). Any advice or help or anythign would be really helpful. Thanks for reading all this too.

Just give her a hug and tell her that if she ever wants to talk to you that you will be there. You may want to let her know you love her as this is very important at a time like this.

talking about a break up, does only one thing. It reminds her of the break up. NOT GOOD.

Do the same thing other girls do to console their friends after a break up.

Which is,
-take her out
-go shopping
-go clubbing
-go to partys
-go to the beach
-play sports
-Dress her up all sexy to meet new guys
-introduce her to some of your guy friends
-make out with each other................LoL J/K

No im not.

YOU SOUND LIKE A GOOD BROTHER, BUT JUST BE THERE
FOR HER AND WHEN SHE NEED TO TALK SHE WILL JUST
LET HER KNOW THAT YOU ARE THERE FOR HER.
