Liberals and Moderates alike are finally standing up for themselves because for years the Christian Coalition has been stuffing their BS down everyone's throat.
We've been quiet for a while but you Jesus pushers have gone too far. You aren't gonna rewrite our constitution, no matter what you think the voices in your heads tell you.
We Atheists/agnostics have respected your rights to believe as you wish to believe without hassling you. But the moment you try to force Christianity in our government, science and on me personally, you're up for a battle.

Atheism, and secularism of government are two different things. The first being a personal belief (that I happen to have but that the overwhelming majority of liberals don't) that there is no god, the second is no adherence to a specific religion, or accepting religious hypothesis at the same levels of scientific theories.
Would you like it if our schools taught your kids that Vishnu created the earth? No? Well then stop feeding our kids your garbage.

I dont know what youre citing as proof that Atheism is being forced down anyones throat, by anyone. The fact is, GOD is a CONCEPT created, by MAN. It can neither be seen, heard nor touched. Same as jack and the beanstalk, cinderella, or ANY OTHER fictional STORY created by MAN. Its a myth, same as Zeus, Ra or Allah. Its all complete UNPROVEN stories called FICTION.
Now if thats forcing REALITY down someones throat, then argue that- but they call it FAITH because its NOT TRUTH. They call it BELIEF because its not FACT.

Regardless of your political leanings, divisive inflammatory people who take the beliefs of Americans and turn them into things to bicker and argue about instead of finding new ways to move us ALL forward as a collective people are the REAL terrorists. By creating an environment where half of the country is fighting the other half, we don't make progress as a whole.

Not really just liberals, but in general, atheists tend to believe that anyone who would have faith in a higher power or omnipotent being, are ignorant prejudice uninformed idiots, an idea that is not only completely untrue but insulting and degrading.

Like when school boards change the definition of science to include THE SUPERNATURAL, just so they can force "intelligent design" into classrooms?
Like when they try to force mandatory prayer into the school system?
Like when they try to force impoverished 13 year old girls who have been raped by their step-dads to have the baby because that's the "moral" thing to do.
Like when they try to amend the Constitution to discriminate against gays?
