No matter who they are, anyone who tries to take your life by attacking you must definitely pay for it.

wow, life sure has treated you bad. I once had a friend who had a similar case to yours. She came from a broken family, and when she was able to be independant, she moved out. Rented a room, and found a nice decent job. She tried to avoid her family members whenever possible as they were constantly asking her for money. Then one day a family member stumbled upon her in a shop, and trailed her back to her place. Next thing she knew, her brothers were at her place waiting for her early in the morning, demanding for money, saying that it was for household expenses. When she denied them, she was assaulted, by-passers stopped to intervene but when did not do anything when they found out it was a family confrontation. After that incident, she had this question like yours, and decided to keep mum about it, thinking that it would be a one time incident. But it happened again, this time, the attack was more violent. Only then she had no choice but to make a police report regarding it. The rest is history. I hope that you make the right choice for yourself, Life's journey is what you map it out to be

Since I don't know all the details and how violent they were, I guess you should give them the benefit this time. If you were physically attacked, I'd call the police. If not, take pictures of the damage and be sure they understand that any future violations of yourself and your property will involve the police.

I even have considered to many which will tolerate that form of habit and don't something seeing it is "family members" or it grow to be a chum and the sufferer did no longer choose them to bypass to penal complex. My physique of ideas is I won't tolerate that style of habit from everyone family members or no longer. i could call the Police and have completed so, even on a family members member. human beings might desire to benefit to take duty for their movements.

Unless your buddist, I wouldn't use the karma thing. I would not press charges either. Get them back. Revenge is the best course of action. Do it right and they will never mess with you again.

Going on just the info you offered I would say press charges, if you don't you're just inviting them to take their outburst a step further next time since you've shown them you didn't do anything about it the first time.

As you say they are your family.
And you still have a heart for them.
There must be a reason what happen between you and your family, work it out.
If you seriously not able to resolve what between you and your family, let them know you going to legal action the next time they do it again.
I feel however here, you mostly likey the guilty party here.

I would press charges, if they were just friends I think you would and they would no longer be you friends. It is a shame you can't pick your family. Family or not, if they do not respect you, you shouldn't want them around

Yes, you believe in karma, as they have your things and abuse you some more. If you are going to sit there and take it you deserve what you get. Stand up for yourself.
