Try Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It teaches woman how to track their ovulation by way of temperature, mucas and cervix. I had been trying for three months before finding out about this book. As soon as I started tracking, I was pregnant within a month. Good luck.

Ovulation is the process where the egg is released from ovary, this is the time when the sperm can get attached to the egg and make it fertile. This process is called conception. This conception is what makes you pregnant.

The ovulation normally starts midway of your cycle, for example if you cycle is of 28 days, it would start from day 14th from your first day of last period.

The ovulation time can be predicted by the use of Ovulation Tests available in the market. You can buy one from ebay.in.
Start using on 14th day and see when it comes positive. The day it shows it positive you can be sure that your ovulation will start anytime between next 36 hours. This is best time to have intercourse so that you can increase the chances of conception.

Good luck

Ovulation is the best time to have sex yes... it means the egg is release and is best fertile...

I am also trying for a baby, gave up the pill 3 months ago, a friend told me to wait 45 minutes after sex before doing anything and put your legs in the air...

I was on the pill for a couple years and for eight months i didn't get pregnant. I think those chemicals needs to be flushed out of your body. Your ovulation days which is start counting from day thirteen and up after your period. These are the days you would most likely get pregnant. Your discharge would be a little thicker. while on the other days it would be a little more transparent.

Ovulation is the term used for when an egg is released from one of your ovaries. During that time is the best time to have sex when you are trying to get pregnant.
