Yeah! There are many moment my mood change in a flash:
1) when opponent team kick the first goal in soccer match,
2) when I hear the song "My Heart Will Go On" (irritated me)
3) when I see Ben Stiller on T.V (and you won't expect me to watch his movie)
4) when I hear any Techno song.

yes especially if you are a woman do to hormones. if it appears to be changing rather frequently you may want to be checked for a mood disorder such as depression or bipolar disorder. good luck and i hope all works out for you!

If you're pregnant like I am... HELL YEAH! It could also be b/c of your cycle... or a mood disorder (i.e. bipolar). Hope everything's all right, good luck.

Not usually. It usually takes quite a bit of built up anger, in order for me to lose it. The only way I can snap, in an instant ... is for someone to mess with my kids. You hurt my kids ... you better have some joggers on ... with NOS built in, otherwise ... your history. :)
