They may have been having a good dream or they may have what is referred to as a "piss hard". Men will get an errection somewhere around l2 or more times per night, and they don't even know it!!!

Nocturnal erections go on and off throughout sleep. Don't know why but if you catch one when you wake up, jump on that bad boy. Morning wood is the best for a woman from what I have been told.

When a man's bladder gets full during a night's sleep, it swells up trapping the blood in the erectile chambers of the penis. Once we go to the bathroom, the blood is finally able to drain away.

Well because they are always thinking about sex girl. even when they are unconscious, isn't that just a shame? LOL just joking. i remember a professor of mine saying something about the movement of blood while they are sleeping or something about how they keep hate getting up to pee at night.

An erection will actually make it more difficult to pee...
Because the penis is mostly flaccid, an erection is the body’s way of ensuring a good flow of blood to deliver nutrients.

it is the pee thing .. but i dont get any from bf peeing is more important
