Mr T has brute strength but Macgyver could come up with some crazy weapon. Could Mr T over power Mac before he could construct a weapon? Well that is what I would like to know.

Mr T. No doubt. Macgyver and his weapon would still be no match, Mr T can always rely on his shiny, shiny bling as weapons - or at least, in the correct light, he can blind Macgyver. Mr T is way tougher, way funnier and would win easy.
