You can only drive in Pa...between dawn and dusk...even with parents in the car.

relies upon on the state you're using in. We drove west from Wisconsin. My 16-twelve months-previous daughter contacted each and every state & requested. some stated convinced, as long as you're abiding by technique of the guidelines of your enable and some stated NO way. So do not take a threat. Ask the experts on the state.
