It's ok.. I didn't know how to do it either. Get a Yahoo. 360 account, post a pic on there, then you can use that pic instead of your avatar. When you go into edit personal settings it will tell you how to do the 360 stuff... Good luck.. and dont feel stupid for asking a legitiment question!

Unless someone can come up with a better answer - I will have to say that NO you can't crop the actual picture on your avatar.
You need to cop the picture first - using other software - then use that as your avatar. (Basically - Avatar will grab what ever picture you give it to use. So you need to have the picture you want to use ready-made first)

I in simple terms replaced it approximately 5 minutes in the past. I replaced to avatar rather of my image by using fact my image wasn't that good. i think of it surely relies upon on what you like extra useful the pc or the actual international. Plus i think of my avatar seems lots extra useful than the actual me.

I have all that stuff.....except the background isn't blue here and I'm taller than my avatar; it's about 2 inches!
