Who told you that? Come on! Someone is just fooling around your head or teasing you. Did someone comment that you look too clean and gay because you shaved off your sideburns? Whoeve that person is, he is a jerk! Buddhist monks shave off all their bodily hair including eyebrows and they are NOT gay. How about those in the Military? They have to shave off facial hairs including sideburns and have a clean hair cut. Don't tell me all soldiers are gay? Well if that happens I would not complain ;-)

*shrug* Lots of guys cut their sideburns all off -- they always have. It varies somewhat by age -- but it is certainly not a "gay style" -- actually, one of the gayest boys I know has sideburns.
Straight or gay are sexual preferences, almost certainly determined genetically prior to birth. You don't need to worry, how you fix your hair or how you like to dress, or if you like to keep yourself looking decent -- none of those things make you gay at all. Let all the bullsh*t that's been poured into you by someone out -- and live. You only have a while to do it in, enjoy it for your own sake.

I am gay and just cut my sideburns off! But why??? Because I was starting a very professional job and felt it looked better, but nothing to do with me being gay.

What do you think? I mean, come on! If you are straight and you are comfortable with that, why do you care if it is "gay." If you think you are gay, again, who cares? Nobody is going to say, "Hey man, I see you got those side burns cut off, totally gay!" I'm so sick of people associating certain behaviors as being "gay." Stop being so self-conscious!
