I'm desperate. :( I need a size 24-25 or 00-0.

try alloy.com they usually have nice jeans in hard to find sizes or bebe i think they're smallest size is a 25 tho. You could also buy a size too big and take to your local dry cleaners for alterations. Mines only charges a couple of dollars.

I used to be a 00, it was horrible because barely any stores had my size, except two.
I bought my jeans from Pac Sun (they have really cute jeans and always have size 00 in stock)
and Abercrombie Kids (also very cute jeans but their sizes are in kid sizes so try size 14 or 12)

i have the same problem ( but i also like very low rise jeans). I found a site that has small sizes and they can be very low. www.zencraft.net That takes you to their ebay store.
