something interesting...biochemistry presentation?

I have to do a presentation about any topic in biochemisrty to my teacher and my classmates, I want to present sth interesting and new, please any one can help, do u have any ideas?

I've always found the mechanism for the action of toxins to be an interesting topic... such as the tetrodotoxin from puffer fish, it shuts down the Na/K pump on nerve cells....
