I had never met him until last year... is this wrong?

No matter what, he is your cousin. These feelings may just be infatuation, and given time will probably go away. Just don't allow yourself to be in any situation where something "wrong" may happen. Good Luck.

think about it his mom is your mom's sister, plus if you fail in attempting to bloom a relationship with him how akward would that be. And if you do date him if you relationship goes anyware your DNA is too close together and your kids will end up having a whole mess of genetic defects, and lastly how is you family gonna think of you two being together thats just wierd.
But if you want to crush on him far be it for me to crush that but just keep it a admiration don't acually go for it.
