NOTE:Why do we keep sending MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, excuse me, BILLIONS of dollars to a known corrupt army/police force that is probably using some of this $$$ against our men & women in Iraq..who is making thses decisions here??

This is a great question.. It brings into question the continued miscalculations made by this discredited administration. Before attempting to democratize a people that have a civilization that goes back 5000 years, surely a country that is only 300 years old should have done it's groundwork and made some attempts to know the people they are dealing with.
The pity of all this is that our troops continue to be in harms way.

The arabs play by a set of diffrent rules, my family have worked out there for generations (either as soldiers for the Queen or administrators or oil men) and its not a corrupt system..they are just very open about all being up for sale for the right price! in the west big corporations cheat the taxman, the share holders and the board of directors daily... we see our politicians being thrown down due to sex scandels and backhanders... SO HOW THE HELL CAN ANYONE SAY THEY ARE CORRUPT AND NOT NICE? ... WE ARE JUST AS BAD AND THEY TEND TO HAVE A LOWER CRIME RATE AND BETTER FAMILY VALUES!
Look, its real easy to sort this out...either stay there and loose a few hundred soldiers a year from now till doomsday and accept it as the price to pay (we did for a century) or leave en leave em to sort out there own problems in there own way . the arabs are very pragmatic, they dont get all weepy over a bit of slaughter (and dont tell me about the weeping and wailing at islamic funerals...THATS THE CULTURE AND TRADITION...it aint real!)
ps. dont start crying about our social and moral obligations... they want to kill each other...LET THEM! its the way they do things, thay want to kill each other and be left in peace to sort out who is the last man standing, ie the strongest ... the most fit to rule by their standards..which are the only ones that matter as its their land and future thats at stake.
