K let me get this right you 17yrs old and she's 21, and you've had sexual relations with her! isn't that illegal?

Anyway, Are you no longer interested because she's pregnant?
You need to figure out what you really want whether it mean leaving her or staying. What ever you do don't stay just because of the baby. If it's yours! Although if the baby is yours and you do split as the single mother that she would be, she would have every right to take you to court over child support. Good luck kiddo!

You're a **** and your *** deserves to be sent to court for child support. Especially in California where once you are at the 17 and a half point you are legally an adult. You are no longer a child ***** and you better understand that.
First thing you should do is tell your parents (since I have a feeling you're too much of a whimp to have told them already) and secondly, step up. I don't mean run off and marry her 9since you obviously don't want to be in the relationship anymore since you ****** UP) but get a job and realize that your future is now with your son/daughter and being in its life.

Dude. Be a man and take some responsibility for your actions. Taking you to court is hardly a drastic step if you plan on leaving her with all the responsibility.

If you are financially struggling, start with some emotional support for the mother of your child. Then get busy on getting financially secure.

I had the same thing happen to me. It was hard, but I stepped up. My daughter is now eight years old and no amount of partying could make up for one single moment with her. I never once regretted my decision to be a big part of her life. Her mother and I treat each other with respect (it took work...didn't happen overnight) and I support her with modest financial payments and have regular weekend overnight visits.

Your life is changing. Are you going to be a man? Or a coward?

Really think.

Well, she'll make you pay, that is both the woman you impregnated and the child you are conceiving out-of-wedlock. Remember, your child is going to grow to an adult and every minute of your old age is going to be cursed by the illegitimate adult you brought into this world. So, your only choice is to grab the mother of your child and head for the Justice of the Peace for a marriage certificate. Take your folks and her folks along as witnesses. Then enjoy your child in a loving family relationship. Any other relationship is unacceptable. Do this for the sake of your child.

First, get a job so when she takes you to court for child support you won't get arrested because you can't pay it. Second, tell your parents, especially if you are living with them. Third, be a man, grow up, and take care of your child!
Also remember every time you have sex to use a condom and make sure she does not have an abortion! Abortion is killing an innocent child that didn't ask to be brought into this world by deadbeats like you!!

well it depends on how much longer till u turn 18.if u don't want to get into trouble,or whatever ur fear is I would keep pretending u were interested in her until u turn 18.normally I wouldn't give advice like this 'cause 17 years old w/an older woman isn't right period.thats rape on her part. But u can also get her into trouble,if altogether u want it over with & her out of ur life, is to get her into trouble for statutory rape.& if u want the baby, well when u press charges u can also file for custody when its born this is all up to u.If u haven't already talked to ur parents it would probably be a good idea to do so.Parents always gives the best of adivce even though as a child,teen-ager whatever, don't think so,believe me they know whats best for their children. What do u have to lose, think about it!I hope this makes since.& helps. But if u don't want ur life ruined that its best to talk to ur parents.& do something about it know.the longer u wait the worse it'll get.

You acted like a grown up and had sex,so you need to take care of your baby without the court making you. She would be a fool to go to court and admit that she had sex with a minor.Do the right thing by your child. The kid is your's and her responsibility not other tax payers, so do the right thing so she isn't forced to get government assistance.

If she is having your baby then it's time to step up and be a man. If your going to act immature and not be a father then I hope she does take a drastic step. Good luck with everything.

You wanted to do grown up things, now act like a grown up! Regardless of what you think of her, she is the mother of your child, treat her with respect, and do everything you can to help with the child. If you don't, you will regret it later. Trust me! She has every right to force you to care for the child you helped make. If you had morals, then she wouldn't need to go to court to make you do what you know in your heart is the right thing. If you don't want to date her anymore, tell her you just want to be friends, and that you want ot be a part of your kids life! If you want to know what to do to avoid paying child support etc.. (Use A Condom next time, and you will have almost no chance of owing child support to anyone!

Should have kept it in your pants, kiddo. You are going to be tied to this woman for the rest of your life, and you have a serious responsibility to that child. She should go to court, to make sure you don't weasel out of your monthly support payments.

What should you do now? You should be there throughout the pregnancy, you should be there for the delivery, you should work out a schedule to see your child as often as possible and BE A FATHER.
