They are called Fast Pass. You will find them throughout the park, they will have fast pass stations for only a select few rides mainly the popular rides. You can only get 1 fast pass at a time.
As far as discount tickets, I doubt you'll find any. They are out there, but not too many places offer any huge savings. You are better off paying full price from a trusted source, i.e Disneyland ticket offices.

Regarding discount tickets - there is not much of a deal to be had anywhere. You may save a buck or two with the vendors in the souvenier stores outside of Disney, in Orlando itself. However, be wary! Often they are not valid tickets. Further, you often are then unable to get the Park Hopper pass if you want it. (This enables you to go to another Disney park. Such as spending the morning in Magic Kingdom, then going to Epcot in the evening).
In regards to the Fast Pass, yes, certain rides - but not all - offer them. You need to use your Disney ticket to get the Fast Pass, one ticket per person. When you insert your ticket into the kiosk that is near the entrance of each ride that offers the Fast Pass, another ticket will print out (it returns your Disney ticket too, by the way), telling you the time slot that you can return for the ride. Unfortunately, you can only do one Fast Pass ride at a time, so you can't get Fast Passes for multiple rides.
Another neat thing that Disney does is the Rider Switch ticket. If two adults are with a young child that cannot go on the ride, the first adult may go through the ride and the second can obtain a Rider Switch ticket so that when the first adult returns, the other one may go directly through the Fast Pass line. This ticket is available only by asking a Cast Member that will be at the front of the line, usually at the entrance of the Fast Pass line. A child that is able to go on the ride may go on the ride a second time as well!
Enjoy your weekend at Disney!

The fast passes are throughout the park for certain rides only (like their most popular rides, i.e. Pirates of the carribean, haunted mansion, etc.). They won't do you much good since this weekend it will be packed and everyone will want those so even if you do get a fast pass, you won't wait three hours waiting in the regular line but you will be waiting two hours in the fast pass line. Sorry, but Disneyland gets packed during the hokiday season (you'd think it'd be empty bnut quite teh opposite.)
