If they do it all the time then yes. Once i would say its crossing the line and its a red flag that worse may be soon to come. I don't think you should tolerate it unless you pushed him or her first or you hit them first! Then thats a diff story.

It depends. Was it an accident? Not abuse.
Was it done on purpose? Probably abuse.
Was it gentle? Probably playing around.
Was it meant to hurt you? Definitely abuse.
