I use the shift key and print screen key, then open Word, and paste.

CAPTURE A SCREEN SHOT:
1.Press the Alt key and the Print screen key
2.Click on Start
3.Click Run
4.Type MSPAINT in the open dialog box
5.Click OK
6.Click the Control key and the V key
7.Go to file menu and click Save as Jpeg
8.Save it wherever you want and send it to whomever you want from there.

its either ALT+print screen buttons
or just print screen button
but u need to open up sum program and paste it (ctrl+V)

It's CONTROL (Ctrl) + print screen, not alt. And of course now it's on your clipboard, just paste it in MS Paint or Word. chow

hit print screen.
Then open paint and right click and paste.
