I am so confused about them! if you've had them can you please please tell me how to go about it!?? do i have to actually be enrolled in the school? does it cover everything? will i be in debt for the rest of my life?
gah! help please?

To get a student loan you would have to fill out an application at www.fafsa.com. There are deadlines for applying. Go to the financial aid office at your school and they would be able to provide more information. If you haven't already been admitted to college, then I think you would apply after admission has been granted. There are enrollment requirements for applying. The requirements are something like full time or half time... Six months after you graduate you will start making monthly payments. The repayment period also varies, from 10 to 15 to 20 years. I think the minimum monthly payment is a 100 dollars per month. Well, these are the conditions that I know of.

And, there are a lot of factors involved, and things have also been changing recently. So, the best thing to do is ask the financial aid office at your school.
