it depends on which country your in. They are not all the same you know. The more south you go the more "white" they get l(Argentina) Brazil is very diverse with high populations of Europeans ,Africanas, and Mixed people. So yes the population of Latin America is diverse.

and yes, it's extermely diverse. there were many different native tribes living all over latin america before the spanish conquistadores arrived. you have probably heard of the maya and the aztec in central america and the inca in south america but those are just three in a PLETHORA of native tribes. then came the spanish, and then came the slaves. then everyone had babies together. so pretty much you have a lot of people who are of mixed "race," but of varying percentages.

it also depends on the country. for example, argentina has a lot of europeans, maaaaaany italians as well as germans and other europeans migrated to argentina in the 20th century. so that ads to the mix. in other countries like bolivia, the population is something like 80% indigenous. not all from the same tribe, though, remember that.

yeah it is in Latin America you'll find people of every race white,black,Indian and even mix like mestizos, zambos and mulattos so Hispanics or Latin Americans are very diverse here is a website which may help you understand better
