If they're out of control, I suppose you should. Remember, you'll be plucking for a long time, and I was gonna say 15, but what's two years in the plucking world.
Before you begin, get the correct info on how to do it. There are certain areas you DO NOT pluck. I don't care what your friends say, get Expert advice.

I think 13 is okay if your mother approves. She might want to help you shape them. If their not plucked right and even at the beginning, it will take a while for them to grow out and for you to get the shape even.
Did you know when you get older, most women will lose hair on their eyebrows and will need to color them in? So be careful not to pluck to much.

No. Only if they're joined in the middle, then you can pluck out the hairs in the middle of your forehead. Otherwise you will look better natural, especially with a fresh, young face. It's so easy to overdo it and when you start that early, they might not grow back!

Sure! Just start with the ones out of place!!!! There is nothing wrong with "trimming" your brows just as you would your hair! Good luck and remember to take a step back after a few plucks!

There is no age. I mean some people are born with uni-brows.
I'd say if you are going for a new look be careful and well... pluck.

I would start as soon as it starts to really bother you, there really is no like age limit or anything. Just make sure that the first time you do it you know what you are doing because most girls go crazy and end up looking like a drag queen.

What do you think? Trust your insticts.... but you ARE only 13, and I doubt you look like a monkey as you so elagently put it in a previous question.
And as i previously answered, get them waxed professionally first, then keep them up by plucking.

When people start asking you if that's a caterpillar on your face or just your eyebrows.. ;) J/K Have a stylist shape them for you the first time and then just maintain them yourself. I don't think any age is too soon, as long as your parents let you and you are able to maintain them.

Sure if your eyebrows need grooming then why not. My suggestion would be to not pluck them and see if someone could take you to a nice salon to get them waxed professionally so that you could have a nice arch like JLO or Cassie!
