For a spontaneous answer I get that award
May be they think that my good writings are copied from internet.?
Or may be such questions are answered by others, better than me?

Try going back to your own answers periodically. You know, the ones that are "In voting" and vote for yours as the best. This raised my "Best Answer" count since a lot of people don't take the time to vote on their own answers.

It is my understanding that Yahoo doesn't pick the best answers. It is either the person who asked the question, or it is voted on by other people who either ask or give answers. Sometimes the person asking the question is looking for a specific solution to his or her problem, and someone answers it in such a way that it feels right to the questioner. That's probably why your spontaneous answers have been chosen over the one you took such pains with. It may not seem fair to you, but that's the way it works. Just keep giving good answers with a lot of thought to them, and you'd be surprised how many will "hit the spot" as Yahoo says. Good luck!

Yahoo doesn't award best answers, the person asking the question does. Sometimes it seems like the best answer was just randomly chosen by the person writing the question. Keep trying.

Yahoo doesn't award the best answer award, the person who asked the question, or the users do. Be sure to use good grammar when writing your answers.

well most people don't want to sit there and read thru a whole bunch of stuff before the answer is to the point. kind of what i'm doing now. cuz people like things fast now. so askers need to loook at it and get ananswer right away, rather than sit there and read for a half hour. and some people could have troubles readin and just pick the short answers for their own benefit.

Sometimes doesn't the person asking the question rate the best answer? In that case, they want some one just to take their side and if your answer is what is best for them; yet not what they want to hear, they disapprove. Also, sometimes the best answer is the most spontanious. If we think it out too long and question our first thoughts, we could change our mind in the wrong direction.

Yahoo does not award Best Answer -- other users do. So, you will have to convince other users by the quality of your research and by the accuracy of your spelling and grammar.

Yahoo doesn't pick best answers. The person that asked the question does--or if they can't be bothered, then it goes to a vote by other users.

is your motive just to secure that best answer award, if no then why worry? and anyways, its the person who has asked the question the one who picks up the best ,according to what he / she wanted.
