Yes.

The very worst possible side effect is a wakeful baby if you get too much caffeine overall. This will not harm the baby, but it might make you loose sleep!

"If your baby seems particularly wakeful or fussy and there is a significant amount of caffeine in your diet, you might want to cut back or stop the caffeine for 2-3 weeks to see if it makes a difference."

I think you can.
I drink green tea almost everyday and I am breastfeeding.
But you still have to watch out, if the green tea change the taste of your breastmilk and causing your baby to refuse latching on. If the baby's doing okay, then I think you can continue drinking green tea.

Yes, you can, even if it's caffeinated. The amount of caffeine in green tea is insignificant in comparison with black tea or coffee, and if you don't overdo with drinking it, you and your baby will be ok.

I have been drinking one cup of coffee every day (I have to say though, it's instant coffee, which has about 80 times less caffeine than regular) and lots of green tea, simulteneously breastfeeding for over 6 months now. We both are fine! :)

It is probably not a good idea. Green tea is naturally caffeinated and the caffeine will transfer to the baby. Your baby will NOT be able to sleep and neither will you. I had the experience when I nursed my son. I made the mistake of drinking coca-cola. It was a 24 hour nightmare!

What do you want to give your baby??? The runs as well I suppose!! I never understand folks that ask these type of questions, and the fact that you ask is showing me that you doubt and when in doubt don't. This is the rule of thumb, If you don't eat garlic then don't eat it as a once off during the breast feeding time either, as it will put your child off the milk.
The only herbal tea that is healthy and actually helps to bring in more milk is the good old Rooibostee (Known as Bush Tea) This is grown in South Africa and is extremely healthy, not for baby, but for the mother and through the milk to the infant) you can get it at South African shops.

Do you mean DRINK Green Tea? I do. As long as you don't overdo it. A couple of cups a day won't cause problems (at least they didn't for me and my baby). But if you're talking about taking Green Tea tablets or capsules... consult your doctor.

Sure, green tea is a healthier choice than the regular teas or coffee.

I think you can since i have not heard any reason why you cannot. If you are not sure ask your doctor of the pediatrician to see if it can possibly be bad for the baby. Good Luck!
