Just stop living like the average American.....its that simple.

1. Go to college. Only a third of Americans over 25 ever graduate from college! 70% of Americans only have HS or a GED!! SAD!! This should be everyone's main concern in life between 17-24!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!
2. Stay away from procreation.
3. Don't buy what you don't need.
4. STOP TRYING TO FIT IN WHERE YOU DON'T FIT IN!!!! Thats a VERY expensive lifestyle=lots of debt. Consumerism is a ZERO SUM game!!!
5. Invest don't save. Saving is a sucker's game. Investing is the way to go. Never had a rich person disagree with this statement. A 5% CD or Money Market will get you no where after inflation (currently @ 3%) and taxes each year. Your lucky with walk away with 1% after all that.

Well, yes, you do have a point, we could all make our lives a bit easier, but there are some things in our lives that we can't control.
For example, my parents are currently going through a divorce. I had no control over that, but it is making my life hard.
I plan to be done with college by the age of 19; I don't plan to have kids until I'm old enough to handle them (which may be never); my family has only ever bought more than just the necessities; we have never been in debt; I have no money problems, education issues, or controllable problems in any other category, yet my life is, and will forever more be, hard.

Maybe because it is hard, I did go to high school and college, I ate Top Ramon and Mac/Cheese until I just couldn't stand it anymore. So I worked in restaurants during my time in college so I can have at least one good meal a day, After college it was even harder to find a good job!!! It took years before I finally I got a job that pays well in the economy that we have today, most people can't even put food on the table let alone invest!!

You will live and learn.

1. Choose an occupation related to something you enjoy.
2. Having children by adoption or procreation is "the meaning of life".
3. Occasionally, if you are in a love relationship, be extravagant.
4. You will "fit in" with others who have the same interests.
5. Investments are a risk. CDs are guaranteed up to $100,000 per bank account. (If you have 300,000, simply spread your money among 3 banks.)

I agree with some of what you have to say. Education should be a very high priority for everyone. But one thing, where is the open question? You answered all of them yourself. However, thanks for the 2points. God bless****
