I would wear a size 10 or 12 if it wasn't for my boobs! I have to get a shirt that is way too big for the rest of me so that it doesn't look like I'm a tramp!
I found that the smallest size that Lane Bryant carries is good for a size ten/twelve torso that just happens to be topheavy. Their stretchy tees fit like normal t-shirts should. I just picked up a shirt called the "Modern Tee." It's cut so that it has more room in the chest, but it still fits nicely over the stomach without making you look like you're wearing a tent, because it is supposed to be fitted. It ends up stretching a BIT over the boobs and fitting nicely everywhere else.
If you're smaller than that though, I don't know what to tell you.
A lot of clothes aren't made for women that have boobs.

Some of us just have to alter our clothes, I'm not as tall as average, and have to have everything taken up so I don't look like I am wearing hand-me-downs.
I'd suggest shopping for tops that fit the breasts well, and then taking in the rest of the torso so it hugs the rest of the body nicely. It's the best way to get an all around flattering fit, without having to sew it all yourself, or have things made to order for you.

lol join the club girl i got 36dd only i wish i had a flat tummy lol (omg i am so bloated today i hate it lol) anyway i suggest Fashion Bug i was just there today and they have some cute tshirts that have nice necklines and pretty colors that will show off your cute figure without being too clingy. I know what you mean about looking like a tramp lol (my sister and i call it boob-alicious lol) nobody wants the whole world staring at their chest. I saw cute colors today all different styles. I found some cute scoop neck shirts for like only seven dollars and they are all cotton.

Thats a hard one! I would buy shirts that are made with a certain percentage of spandex so they stretch in the right places, and conform to the other places that need it (such as the tummy).
Something like this from American Apparel Brand to give you an idea: http://www.americanapparelstore.com/8362.html

i dont know, but you could try hollister, since their shirts are stretchy. they might stretch across the chest, but stay tight at the waist. if i were you i would go to the mall and try on shirts from many different stores to see which has the best fit

nope. that's just how sizes come. i have your problem and when i want to show my real figure i have to wear a shirt w several of the top buttons open and a camisole or tank underneath. this way the shirt isn't stretched across my big boobs but you can still see my smaller waist.

I don't know of a shop. I would suggest getting your clothes taken in so they fit you better.
