Can't figure out this game!!?

Question

Has anyone played and WON the "Hapland 1" flash game?

I can get the guy out, shoot at the stick, get the door open, get the blue rock down below, the guy opens that sliding wall.
I can blow up the spear, and shoot my guy up top. But then all I can do, is get all my guys DEAD. The one guy comes out the door, runs across the stick, and gets dead on that mine. The other guy runs along the bottom, and that "dog thing" falls out of the box, and kills him. And the guy up top, just waves at me!
HOW DO I BEAT THIS GAME--I'VE BEEN AT IT FOR WEEKS!!..............PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE IT OUT!!

Fun and challenging game. Took me awhile to beat it, but I do not recall how to do so at the moment...so I dug up a site for you with the strategy for all three Haplands. Enjoy.
