depends on how warm things got with the door open, I'd check things needing to stay really cool. anything requiring cooling over 40 degrees F for a period of time invites bacteria.

It really depends how warm it was in your fridge, I would throw out any meats, cold cuts. Cheese etc. should be ok, milk hmm that could be bad. Anything in jars should be ok too.

Carol is right. The stuff probably stayed just fine because you frig ran constantly to try and keep it cold. It probably cost you a couple of extra bucks in electricity, but that's about it.
