Hey im not some stud freak,
just wondering, from u guys experience, what are some ways u can get good results fast?

You want to do this for Christmas? OK.... misplaced question.
Start of with heavier dumbbells with low reps, like 6-8 per arm, per set. Do 2-3 sets 4-5 nights a week, resting mid week and one day on the weekend. Do two different exercises too. One standing with alternating curls and the other seated, with your elbow rested on your inner thigh so as to force some discipline and eliminate cheating ( using your back ). You should start to see some bulk after a few weeks of steady regimen. Then, alternate this routine with lighter, high rep sets on alternate days. his will lead towards definition. Remember to rest in-between.

do heavy dumbell or barbell curls> choose heavy weights that you can do for 5-8 reps, yet not too heavy that you swing your back when doing the curls, that is dangerous> do this 1X per week for 30 minutes inorder to allow your biceps enough time to recover and you'll c results>

Creatine and Whey protein. There's a great product called Cell-Tech that works pretty well, but you might experience hair loss.

As far as exercises: Curls, preacher curls, upright and bent rows, bench press and upright free butterflies work well.

You could work out and go on a health diet or maybe you could ask Santa for a Bowflex. By the way, what does this have to do with Christmas?

lots and lots of eggs and protein, doing push ups every single day, it did work for me! its true, 'm sure u'll have muscular arms in no time...unless if you opt for an easy way(bicep transplant though that can never happen) lol....all the best!

lots of bicep curls and work your triceps. If you have any extra weight on you, you need to lose it for the muscels to show through.

i recommened that you grow a biceps tree and then pick a bicep off when you need one

Curls. Then suppy your body with protien from fish, or chicken.
