As a reminder Jonathan has "HIV" tattooed on his upper left arm. "That tattoo has probably saved my life. You know in situations when passion and lust take over your brain.... I take a look at that tattoo and I remember that the virus is out there and you never know who's got it" says Jonathan.

Actually It is H IV which means H 4. Johnathan Davis was Comissioned and paid millions of dollars by the car manufacturer and GM company Hummer Years before the H2 came out of their assembly lines. Now that the H3 came out its only a matter of time that Johnathan Davis will be driving a H4 (or HIV ) which is a Sedan Version in the Hummer series. The Hummer brand has been in a slump since the Demise of the Original Hummer due to low gas mileage and monsterous size. The CEO of GM Richard Wagoner Jr actually had a power meeting with Subaru CEO Kyoji Takenaka and Dailmer Chrysler/Jeep CEO Robert A. Brown to help design the more compact four-wheel drive H4.

Hey man, I'm with you. Those are some very good covers. The lead singer has that weird-but-on-key type of thing going for him. The only one that I wasn't thrilled about was Creep, but it was still very good. I don't know my favorite cover though. Got Money was very creative, but those 1st 3 were awesome too. I definitely need to check into this band more. thanks

He used to shoot up drugs and he got it as a reminder not to do it anymore because he didn't want to contract HIV.

I think it's just his weird way of raising awareness about the disease. He probably figures a lot more of his fan base will actually pay attention to the STD issue if they see it as one of his tattoos rather than hearing him talk about it akwardly between songs at concerts.

he used to shoot up a lot and was paranoid that he'd contract HIV from it. why he tattooed his arm with it, i dunno. maybe it's a reminder that it could happen to anyone.
