I am more than sick of it. And a lot of other people are too. And the sad thing is a lot of people have just left.

It does no good to just report this stuff. Yahoo obviously either does not care at all or is unwilling to make any kind of effort to stop it.

I and a few others keep screaming at Yahoo. They are not responsive. It would be a simple thing for them to do. Just have someone monitor this forum 24/7 and immediately delete the crap.

But they don't care. They are a bad corporate citizen and they treat the asset they make tremendous profits off like crap. That asset is their users.

This is typical of them. It happens when there are technical problems. It happens here where abuse of the content has almost totally undermined the integrity of the forum.

I am actually beginning to think in this case, since it is so blatant, there may be more than not carring at work--there may be those in managment who are actually bigoted toward homosexuals.

I suggest you keep trying to go after Yahoo. The best way is to send them certifed letters. They will respond to those. They should be reported to all the media--especially the gay/lesbian media. Civil rights and gay/lesbian groups should bring pressure to bear on Yahoo. Encourage them to do so--after all there are other issues besides gay marriage for them to be concerend with.

Yahoo is never going to do anything until a LOT of pressure is put on them.

By the way ---"Herr Doctor" is right. However, the forum has become such a garbage pit that most of the people who might pose such questions have split. Like I said, the integrity of the forum has been undermined.

I do suggest that everyone quit taking the bait on the cute and hate questions. These questions get the most responses. Don't even do the quick comeback. I don't even bother reporting them--I am not a cyber crybaby. Besides that does no good.

nicely the guidelines have replaced final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days besides, however the the respond is honest opposition. Goodyear and NASCAR made a deal some back to furnish maximum of tire in step with race and Goodyear has been in a position to furnish. On an ingredient observe the communities now no longer purchase the tires from Goodyear. they actually lease the tires from NASCAR in the process the race weekend. After the race they must return all tires, and could be fined and unfastened factors in the event that they do no longer.

Let's post more thoughtful questions here, then. Such as...

What difficulties have you faced as a LGBT member of an ethnic minority (e.g., African American, Hispanic American, Asian American, Native American, etc)?

Gay Republicans: How do you justify your allegiance to a political party that has been vehemently opposed to your "lifestyle" as well as gay-affirmative legislation?

Gay Democrats: What do you expect from this new Congress? Can we really pin your hopes on the Democrats? Or do you think they'll be swept along with the mainstream conservative tide?

What churches/denominations are the most and least LGBT-friendly?

What advice would gay-straight alliance members give to students looking to start a GSA at their own school?

Were you disowned by your family after you came out? How did you handle it? How is your relationship with them now?

Do you have any regrets about not coming out sooner?

Are you on the "down low"? If so, what stops you from coming out as bisexual or gay?

Gay Americans: Who wants to move to Canada? Who wants to keep up the struggle for equality at home? Is there anything wrong with wanting to move to a place that treats you better versus fighting the "good fight"?

Would you serve in the military if "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" were repealed? Why or why not?

What does gay pride mean to you?

Who is your favorite LGBT character from a book, TV show, or film? Why?

What is the "gayest" thing (nonsexual) you have ever done?

Do you prefer any particular brand or style of condom? Why?

Who might be the most LGBT-friendly presidential candidate in 2008?

Why aren't you more politically active?

What sorts of differences in attitudes toward gay and lesbian people have you noticed when you go abroad? What was the most LGBT-friendly place you have visited? The least?

If you were to start a family, would you adopt a child or find a surrogate mother/sperm donor? Why?

Will winning marriage equality make us boring?

Have you been the victim of violence because of your sexual orientation? What happened? How did you cope? What advice would you give to other survivors?

Where are your favorite places to find fabulous things (e.g., clothing, furniture, foods, knickknacks, etc)?

What do you like about the gay subculture? What do you not like about it? What should we be doing more of? Less?

What should I expect from a "leather bar"? How strict are their dress codes? Is the crowd as rough as it looks? (I'm scared, mommy!)

I'm gay and I don't know how to dance! Help!?

What are the most LGBT-friendly college campuses in the United States? The least?

Jocks: Do you think it is more difficult to come out as gay or lesbian when you are an athlete?

What should you do if your school is censoring discussion of LGBT issues?

Did people treat you differently after you came out? Do you treat people differently since coming out?

Who do you consider the gay or lesbian icon of today? What distinguishes him or her?

What is it like having a gay uncle or lesbian aunt?

...And so forth.

Yes i completely agree with you. But we do the silly thing and respond to them. That just adds fuel to the fire. If i notice the aviator or the Question title and its from a well know "basher" i just ignore it, and direct my attention to people that are asking for help of advice.
If we just encourage the immature small minded people out there they will keep comeing back. So i reckon we should just ignore them all together : )

As long as there are Bible thumpers, trailer trash, racists,KKK,narrow minded idiots, and homophobes ,there will be gay bashing. It is so retarded since it exists from the beginning of time and those bashing are the real sinners who have more to hide then any one else.Just see what their ethics are, what they stand for,it makes my skin crawl.love is love.I don't think folks are quite getting that. So my friend I believe your question is a wonderful one. From your mouth to Gods ear as they say.

Yes, I am tired of the bashing here, what we can do to stop it is report the violators, we do not need to be subjected to the vile hatred that these homophobic people post here. We need to take back our forum. Good question, BTW.
Remember reporting works to get rid of the hate here. :)

I was raised by my mother and her entourage of gay best friends, so it really hurts me to hear some of the things said about gay people here. My mothers dearest friend has been more of a father to me than my own biological father ever has, yet these are the people who are unfit to raise children. It makes me sick. I say bigoted people are the ones unfit to raise children.
