It's probably because we have the decency to leave others guys alone so we expect the same in return.

If you have one, would you like it if other women flirted with your boyfriend. Your flirting may seem harmless to you, but not to that person. A little advice, be careful who you flirt with, he could have a very jealous girlfriend, that could try to do bodily harm to you.

I believe that boyfriends/husbands are very safe in your company. You can flirt as much as you like. You are not able to spell or compose a question in a proper manner. The men responding to you flirting would be of questionable intelligence.

Firstly, They wouldn't worry if they didn't think there was a chance their man/boy/child would fall for it.
Secondly, The man/boy/child should know how far to take it before getting in trouble.
