i love the theme song, and since the music sounds airy enough to be played by a flute, i was curious to see if i could find it.

The two sheet music stores online that I use are SheetMusicPlus.com and MusicNotes.com Don't know if they have music for A Little Princess, but it's worth a shot. See if the theme is actually a piece by a classical composer. You might have a better shot at finding it by looking it up that way.
That's so strange. All week I've been thinking to myself "I want to see this movie again." It's so good, isn't it?
