I had a short membership with paidsurveysetc in september. They said I could get my money back if I emailed them, I believe the time limit was 2 weeks. They emailed back saying clickbank was working on my refund. That was in october. How can I get my money back?

I would keep hassling them over it. Send them an email a day until you get your money. You might even want to warn them you will turn them into the Better Business Bureau.
Places like that are not very reliable and you might want to consider getting a job locally. At least that way you can talk to your employer face to face and get better results.
