The service ride control light won't go off even though the shocks and brakes were replaced along with the supension and now that I got all of that done the ABS anti lock brakes light is on as well, they say they can't reset the computer, could I just need to redo the brakes or just rotate the tires now.

The computer can be reset by undo the battery but you have to make sure you have the radio code , nor the radio will not work afterward. By resetting the computer , all the lights should go away if everything was installed right.

ABS indicator lamp could be a result of some grime on a sensor, a misaligned sensor, damaged tone ring, etc. Please note that just because your antilock brakes are disabled your braking system is still operational. Antilocks have NO effect on stopping distances unless you are driving on frozen roads or have to make an emergency stop. Vehicles didn't even HAVE them until about 15 years ago and we managed to do just fine for a very long time. Find a good mechanic that can diagnois the problem before you sink a lot of cash into it.
