Pomegranates has lot of nutritional value. It is very good for skin. Applying pomegranate's juice(squeeze few seeds in your hand to get the juice, do not apply the juice grinded in mixer) to your face makes ur face to get natural glow. Eating pomegranate seeds will get rid of cough. It has many more benefits.

Yep! If you look at a lot of new skin products on the market (especially Murad and more 'high end' stuff like that) it contains a lot of pomegranates.

They are fine. Most people don't know how to tell when they are ripe. You push gently on one of the "corners" and if you can "pop" a seed, it's ready. If they are not ripe the seeds are pale and taste nasty.
They have health benefits, but I never cared because I like them. You have to peel them from the top, and release the sections like an orange. Some people do it under water.
Cutting them is a messy waste.

Well it certainly isn't bad for you. I mean it does grow from a bush. So it must be natural and healthy...unless there is a messed up farmer who sprays pesticides thinking it keeps the bugs away.
If it grows on a bush/tree or whatever it must be good for you. I mean you don't see trees growing ripe hamburgers or something.

yes they are very good for you, and they taste pretty good too! Just a LITTLE time consuming to peel, but not too bad! Peel over a bowl, and as mentioned, they do stain, so be careful!
