If Yahoo refuses to take an objective look at whether or not the violation is valid, then it would be nice if they monitored multiple reports from the same user about other people and then revealed that person's identity. Sometimes people will just pick out a person and report even the most innocent detail in all their questions. I mean really, how is it an invasion of privacy to ask if someone has their holiday shopping done?

Most definite, honey. But no I wouldn't seek for revenge. I would just tease them with nasty questions. Who knows, they may be the sexiest people on earth....without sexy avatars. I wouldn't want to miss that, would I?
I got one question deleted by them. It was answered by 30 people and resolved with best answer picked a few weeks ago. I was mad but then again someday someone will do something and Yahoo will have to change. I don't want to be mad over small things.

Yeh, I agree too
Once a guy reported my question & then told me gladly that. In revenge I also reported his 2 questions
:D

Problem is, they wouldn't admit it. Knowing you "might" seek revenge. Besides, they're cowards, aren't they? Lurking in the background grinning and hitting the flag thingy. If they wanted to fight, they'd say something. Like Edna used to. She did it for fun, it was obvious. You always knew, with her, too.

I have reported three posts - two for insulting the questioner with obscenities, one for posting the same spam-style ad as a response to about 20 different questions.

I have never reported you - yet. If you take up insulting the questioner or posting spam-style ads, that is subject to change. My profile allows e-mailing me, I have no objection to discussing this further.

I say if you are reported by the same person more than three times they should tell you who it is!

This time (and only this time), I think Y!A knows what they are doing by not letting us know. Can you imagine the chaos and the hateration that would flow through this site?

It is anonymous because of that. Why are you being reported? They may need to stay anonymous for their safety.
