There are some cool ideas here, I like the "shoulder chic" one and the tote bag. Have fun!

I had a really loose tee in this gorgeous shade of teal. Hated the fit, but I loved the color, so I cut it down to cropped length, but it just hung all boxy & ugly. I wanted it to look more fitted, but I'm not a happy sewing gal.
So I drew a triangle on the back in pencil, the bottom of the triangle 'sat' on the hem, from side-seam to side-seam, then went all the way up to a peak just below the collar.
(Hope that makes sense)
Then I drew 4 straight lines across starting at the bottom about two inches apart, half way up the back. The top part of the triangle I cut out with scissors altogether, but the straight lines I cut only side to side, so I had these 4 swags of fabric hanging below this open triangle of skin.
(Boy, It's hard to write a good visual!)
Anyway, I cut these 4 swags in half at the middle, leaving 4 flaps on each side. Then I pulled the fabric snug to fit & tied each flap to it's opposite flap. Then I trimmed the tails to all the same length. From the front, it looked like a normal, fitted, cropped tee, but the back looked kinda neat, lotsa skin but totally bra-friendly.
